D2532 for oil-based drilling fluids is a fluid loss agent compounded from oil-soluble polymers and modified asphalt. This product can effectively control the fluid loss of oil-based drilling fluids, especially at high temperature and pressure. EPISOL can also increase drilling fluid blocking and lubricating performance, improve well bore stability. EPISOL can be used in diesel-based, white oil-based, and synthetic-based drilling fluids at the same time, and is less affected by different types of surfactants in the system.
